Custom Laser Forms

Many lenders using our Forms packages offer unique financial products catering to special forms requirements. VMP can create a package of custom forms to meet your specific needs. In addition to designing custom forms, VMP can add company logos and bar codes to our standard forms or modify those same standard forms to meet a wide range of specialty lending needs.

Forms Creation - As a service to INTERLINQ customers, VMP has the ability to digitize non-standard customer-specific forms. Using original forms provided by your company, duplicate forms can be created following your specifications. Upon completion, forms are proofed for accuracy against the specifications provided and are submitted to you for approval. Subsequent changes can be made for a minor fee. Your final approval is required before the diskette overlay is delivered and you are invoiced for this service.

Logos - Your institution's logo can be merged with forms overlays to give your forms a stylized, custom look. Using camera-ready copy provided to us by your company, your logo can then be digitized into a format for use with any number of custom laser forms. Or, to purchase logos for use with forms you create in MortgageWare, contact your INTERLINQ Account Executive.

Bar Codes - To aid in the indexing and retrieval of your documents, bar codes can be added to your custom forms. Compliance Review - Upon request, VMP can forward forms provided by your company to our compliance staff to check for either exact duplicates or similar VMP forms already in existence. Based on the results of this analysis, a cost-per-form estimate is made that takes advantage of the existing form by saving us design time and saving you money.

Forms Modification - Documents that are similar to VMP standard forms or a form previously customized by our staff may be modified at an hourly rate. Once changes are made, proofing and approval procedures are the same as stated above.
